This policy explains how Bernard Mallat Architects (“BMA”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website and the BMA Visual OS, an internal visual-reference and design-system tool.

BMA Visual OS and Pinterest

Where BMA authorizes the BMA Visual OS to connect to a BMA-controlled Pinterest account, the connection is used only to review BMA’s own boards and pins for internal visual-reference analysis, design-system guidance, and project-specific creative direction.

The tool may use board and pin metadata, including titles, descriptions, categories, and source links, to create internal notes and BMA-owned visual principles. It does not download, host, republish, or sell Pinterest images, and it does not use the connection to post, edit, delete, or schedule Pinterest content.

Access and safeguards

Any Pinterest connection is limited to the permissions BMA authorizes and is intended to be read-only. Access credentials and tokens are kept outside the public website code and are not published in this website or BMA project repositories. BMA can revoke the connection through the relevant platform controls.

Information received through this website

When you visit this website, standard technical information may be processed by your browser, hosting provider, or service providers to deliver and secure the site.
