A pleasant urban oasis to be in. The environmental design focuses on creating the most bio-climatic planning to identify environmental factors that would result in an increase of the use of outdoor spaces. The variety of perspectives and spaces is meant to encourage repeat visits. The landscape enhances the experience. The sunken courtyard design also permitted additional areas over a ground floor scheme.
