CLUSTER H (The Backyard)

Cluster H "The Backyard" is a Food and Beverage cluster located in Hazmieh, Lebanon. It is an adaptation of the food court model to an outdoor venue suited to the Mediterranean climate. The Backyard was nominated to the LAA (Lebanese Architect Awards) and was crowned the winner of the Crowd Award. It recycles tie rods in its facades and re-bar in 2 bridges that configures the reinforcement as a structural randomized space frame used here for the first time.
